Flying Start Racing Wheelchair
The Flying Start is the perfect entry-level racing wheelchair for track and road racing – whatever your distance. Lightweight but strong, and suitable for children and adults, the Flying Start is ideal for individuals, clubs, schools and universities, and sports federations.
The 700c performance sport rear wheels give great propulsion when racing, while the rubber-coated push rims ensure easy grip. The Flying Start meets all criteria for wheelchair racing and is built to endure some of toughest training conditions around the world.
The chair can be adjusted to suit either seated or kneeling positions with no additional parts and includes adjustable backrest and straps to allow for different back contours. A removable and adjustable footplate to 10 positions and 4 angles also accommodates individual needs.
Hip, knee and foot Velcro straps are included, there are four seat widths available, colour-coded by size making it easier to select your favourite chair at the start of each session.
The quick release front wheel allows for easy storage and transportation, and like all Motivation wheelchairs, the Flying Start is low-cost, easy to assemble and inexpensive to maintain.
